In a village nestled in the foothills of the Himalayas, an herbalist named Surya created "Vanya Vistara," a sparkling cocktail made from a mountain herb liqueur. The name, "Vanya Vistara," means "wild expansion" in Hindi, evoking the sensation of exploring the wilds of India.
